5. Have a 1:1 with Your Inner Self
Speak directly to the part of you that holds the truth.
Write a conversation between:
Current You: “I feel stuck.”
Wise Self: “I've been waiting for you. Here’s what you need to know…”
 
6. Follow Your Emotions Without Judgment
Truth hides in your desires, even the ones that sting or feel unpleasant.
Envy—what does it reveal?
Emotion—what truth is hiding beneath it?
Excitement—what’s lighting you up?
Now, ask yourself—“What would I do if I trusted myself completely?”
 
7. Leverage Your Sleep State
Your subconscious works while you rest.
Before bed, ask: “What truth is ready to reveal itself?”
Keep a notebook nearby—sometimes the morning brings clarity.
