Life transitions shape us - for better or worse. I know this firsthand.
The life transition—more accurately, the life quake—that abruptly turned my world upside down was both involuntary and, in many ways, voluntary. It carried moments of pure joy and excruciating pain, woven together with life-changing accomplishments, awakening opportunities, and unexpected new adventures.
By every outward measure, I was experiencing success. Yet, inside, I felt stuck—trapped in motion while a deep calling for something more stirred within me.
Until one day, I had a revelation—an awakening to the deep disconnect between what my inner voice was calling me to do and how I was actually living. I looked in the mirror and asked myself, Now what?
So, I rolled up my sleeves, took a deep breath—many deep breaths—partnered with an amazing coach, acknowledged my fears, and made the decision to pursue what truly lit me up. That choice, and the intentional work that followed, led me to my greatest joy—empowering others to do the same.
That transition brought me here—to help you find clarity and decisiveness in the unknown, rise above the muddy middle with a fresh perspective on what’s possible, and build the confidence to navigate the eye of change. To help you stand in your authentic power when your inner critic urges you to shrink back. To close the growth gaps, take bold action, and bring your vision to life.
